[00:03:29]   they'll they'll pop out of the thing TOA 155s discontinued Motors 3,800 KV GemFan 3052 props WalkSnail everything came together pretty good I ended up using these little

[00:03:51]   3D printed TPU jobbies to get the mini Mortal T down here away from everything I didn't use the the arm guards because the included Hardware is too long and it was driving up into the

[00:04:09]    windings Stater windings in the motors I don't know why they include that length I'm not sure what motors would be able to use those screws but they're conical screws so I don't have

[00:04:22]   any any extras so next time I do an order from quad mola I'm going to have to get shorter screws if I want to run those guys for right now I just won't run them it's going to get even

[00:13:19]   you you want to check t-mount screw tightness every 20 batteries I don't know every every time you come home maybe just throw a driver on a couple the screws and make sure they're not backing out

[00:13:32]    I've never really had a hard time you do have to be careful though there are certain propellers with thicker hubs than others and so before you put a propeller onto a t-mount motor always

[00:13:46]   put the screws into the propeller and look at the bottom of the prop to see how much thread is coming through if there's only like a tiny little bit of thread coming through there there's not going to be a

[00:13:59]   whole lot for that to hang on to you might strip the Bell out or if the prop backs out a little bit it'll it'll back all the way out so these GemFan 30 52s for

[00:14:13]   example you can't run M2 x7s you have to run M2 by8 screws to get enough meat on the the the Bell that's pretty rare most propellers you can run m2x sevens which are like the standard

[00:14:31]   screw size for team out but check that that could be it if if you're only getting like 3/4s of a turn and then it backs out a little bit right it's gone

[00:14:45]    and then I guess the other thing is like don't overtighten them but give them a give them a little give him a little ass it sounds like maybe you haven't been tightening enough so maybe

[00:14:57]   tighten a little bit more definitely itely never ever ever ever ever use Loctite because Loctite eats plastic so if you use Loctite on your tmount screws the prop will explode all four

[00:15:09]   props will explode midair so never ever ever locktite these screws you can locktite these screws down here and you should you can locktite pretty much all the other screws on the

[00:37:27]   frames but they're not really around anymore problem with those Motors is that KV is a little bit low 3,800 KV is is a little low for a 1404 but look for a really

[00:37:41]   lightweight 3in if if you're looking for like a freestyle almost Basher kind of thing look for a lightweight 3-in frame you could do you could do the quad Moola F3 siren but it's going to

[00:37:59]   be a little heavy if you can find a 3-inch frame lighter than this you'd be better off with that you can't really go down to a 2 and 1 half inch prop because those do not have enough KV for that

[00:44:17]   half all the way up to like 2207 2208 and then you just you just kind of you can just kind of bounce it down a little bit 5 inch to 4 in 4 in is going to be like from 2004 up to

[00:44:37]   like 2305 and a half you wouldn't need to go that big and then 3 and a half inch is like 1804 1604 kind of Territory 3 in is like 1404 up to 1505 somewhere there the grinder

[00:44:56]   in know my grind arino is a little bit different I chose these xnova 18 so I run this on 3inch propellers I don't like the way three and a half inch propellers fly until the all up weight

[00:48:26]   like it's just has very little momentum sure it's efficient as hell and it's got mega power but that like so are toothpicks if you want more of 5 inch kind of flight experience

[00:48:42]   where it's kind of more balanced in terms of being able to throw it over stuff and I don't know just the the a 5- in rig carrying a session it's just such a

[00:48:57]   a cool balanced flight characteristic of like when you zero out the throttle it's got enough momentum to kind of do all kinds of really fun stuff and so you get like this really

[00:49:12]   three-dimensional sort of feeling from it where you can be inverted you can be right side up and it and it and it'll just carry its weight over stuff and it and it just kind of like shrinks the

[00:49:24]   world and I'm always chasing that I'm always chasing that sort of flight experience with everything else that I build and one of the most exciting things is when I was able to

[00:49:37]   get the tiny whoop somewhat close to that to where like inside the house right like I can put the tiny whoop over there by the the dive tunnel and then bring it out Go full throttle and hurl

[00:50:35]   kind of right in the window and so it's magic the right ratio of prop size to all up weight is an incredibly difficult thing to nail down and it's kind of different for everybody right

[00:50:53]   like my first couple years in FPV flying lots and lots and lots of basically toothpicks my ideal power to weight ratio was completely different as I flew more and sort of

[00:59:11]   Motors all right so any two screws because it is going to come right back off but I just want to get it in the exact right spot there we go and so we lay these wires out like

[00:59:25]   this we give the wires a little bit extra and then come on man get off okay and then I'm going to cut this up here all right and you only really need to cut one CU you're just sort of

[00:59:52]   marking the length and then you can pop it off probably do do it all with the motor still on there but we're cutting these motor wires really short and it's just kind of a pain in the ass so this is

[01:00:08]   going to be motor number four front left so we cut that one we're going to take these guys and come on you jerk there we go hold these guys nice and straight and cut the other

[01:25:41]   it's a big as far as like the center sections wow the quad MO is actually longer in for in the center sections right so if I if I line up front here if I line up the front of the

[01:25:58]   frames you look at the back of the frames the quad mola is actually a bit longer you got to ignore these ignore these TPU pieces the quad Mulla ends here it looks like it's
